What you'll do

• Greet patients and verify demographic information
• secure insurance authorization
• schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• collect deductibles, co-payments, and deposits
• advise patients on billing and insurance guidelines
• maintain confidential patient records and distribute them to clinical staff
• address inquiries and resolve issues
• assist with referrals, transportation, and insurance verification
• accurately enter personal health and financial information
• comply with privacy laws and organizational policies.
