What you'll do

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
• remove food and drink from used dishware and pre-rinse items
• monitor dishwasher speed, heat, pressure, and water levels and report issues
• clean filters and drains after each shift
• put away washed and dried items
• assist with unloading and stocking food cases
• sweep, mop, and sanitize walk-in cooler and freezer floors
• keep pass-bar and shared prep surfaces clean and sanitized
• report repairs
• empty trash as needed
• follow emergency procedures
• and assist other team members and departments as trained.
