What you'll do

• Prepare takeoffs and estimates for private and public civil work
• lead estimating and bid efforts
• identify bid opportunities
• forecast project revenue and costs
• coordinate budgets, resources, schedules, and project startup
• review bids and project feasibility
• monitor quantities, costs, revenue, and schedules
• maintain relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and inspectors
• conduct job costing and risk assessments
• review materials quotes and civil-work invoices
• support safety initiatives and daily project oversight.
