Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members
• help plan and complete assigned tasks
• ensure safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures are followed
• train team members using company tools
• report equipment repair needs
• perform register and safe audits, deposit funds, and account for restaurant funds
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• monitor cleanliness
• recommend disciplinary action for hourly team members.
