The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive resident well-being.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care
• Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues
• Plans, implements, and evaluates care
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise
• Utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
• Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, and resident education
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks
• Provides assistance and support to delegates
• Functions within scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure.
