Wellness Aide

Job overview

The Wellness Aide role is onsite in Ontario, CA, with pay of $21–$25 per hour. The position is in the Clinical Wellness department at Centre Lake and reports to the Operations Manager. The role combines administrative support with SafeCare provider work, helping maintain records and appointments while delivering in-home or virtual sessions to clients and their children in accordance with program and contract requirements.

What you'll do

• Draft correspondence
• schedule appointments
• maintain files and databases
• answer and route calls
• greet visitors
• manage calendars
• complete forms and records
• complete SafeCare provider training and work toward certification
• maintain session and contact notes and contract documentation
• conduct in-home or virtual SafeCare sessions
• communicate client updates to social workers
• prepare client materials
• attend meetings and trainings
• follow child-abuse reporting requirements.
