Service Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage daily schedules and open maintenance requests

• troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues involving coffee brewing and roasting equipment
• communicate work scope and procedures to customers
• perform preventative maintenance and other assigned service duties
• support special event setup.
