The Registered Nurse – Geriatric Behavioral Health, Night Shift role is onsite in Millen, GA, with a rotating full-time schedule from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Compensation is not specified; newly hired RNs receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Jenkins County Medical Center’s behavioral health team provides care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients. The RN plans and supervises nursing care in the On Track Senior Behavioral Health Unit, providing direct care as needed and supporting safe, patient-centered operations. The role also guides nursing staff, contributes to performance improvement, and coordinates with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
