What you'll do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
• read programs
• troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and process issues
• improve cycle times and productivity
• inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• select and adjust tooling, speeds, feeds, workholding, and machining sequences
• perform tooling changes and fixture alignment
• complete basic machine maintenance
• maintain a clean and organized work area.
