Trail Center Coordinator

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the Trail Center bike rental program
• maintain the bike fleet through mechanical work, repairs, and diagnostics
• assemble new bikes and repair or refurbish retired fleet bikes for sale
• supervise and train seasonal Bike Technicians
• communicate with guests about activities, safety, and company policies
• support other Land Sports areas as needed.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of management experience and two years of bike-shop mechanical experience. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift and carry at least 75 pounds. Evening, weekend, holiday, and event work may be needed.
