What you'll do

• Support daily living, money management, travel training, communication, socialization, community participation, recreation, and safety skills
• provide individualized support based on Life Plans
• monitor and document behaviors, incidents, and progress
• mentor and teach individuals
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• communicate with families, caregivers, and the care team
• respond to emergencies and report incidents or safety concerns.
