What you'll do

• Conduct legal research
• advise on Right-to-Know, Sunshine, Ethics, and other laws governing public bodies
• represent clients in zoning matters
• support code and ordinance drafting and enforcement
• draft collective bargaining and arbitration documents
• advise on public bidding and contracts
• assist with real estate and eminent domain proceedings
• attend public meetings and hearings
• research local tax issues
• prepare materials and appear in court
• advise on student rights and special education matters.
