The Boarding Agent works onsite in North Charleston, SC, for $17–$18 per hour. The role coordinates ship-owner service requests and vessel arrival and departure requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate vessel movements, including pilots, tugs, lines, and bunkering
• prepare government forms and ship paperwork
• communicate updates with principals and terminals
• calculate preliminary disbursement accounts, approve invoices, and prepare accounting sheets
• coordinate owner requirements and supplies
• prepare Bills of Lading and Statements of Facts.
