• Partner with operations leadership on people strategies
• advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development
• analyze workforce metrics and drive improvement initiatives
• lead employee relations investigations

• oversee employment-law compliance
• lead recruiting and workforce planning
• manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work initiatives
• support OSHA compliance and safety programs
• drive engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
