Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking a technician to maintain the physical condition of the Cambridge Estates community and serve its residents. The role helps keep apartments, shared spaces, equipment, and grounds in good condition while responding to resident service requests and preparing vacant units for occupancy. The technician diagnoses and repairs building systems and appliances, performs preventive maintenance, reports hazards and major repair needs, and assists with emergency maintenance, including an after-hours/on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Complete resident maintenance requests and work orders
• diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• prepare vacant apartments through repairs, painting, and fixture replacement
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• maintain interiors, exteriors, common areas, equipment, and grounds
• troubleshoot appliances, plumbing fixtures, doors, locks, and lighting
• report safety hazards, property damage, and major repair needs
• maintain tools and supplies
• follow safety policies, OSHA requirements, and maintenance procedures
• communicate with residents, vendors, management, and team members
• participate in the after-hours/on-call rotation.

Why this role

Multifamily or residential maintenance experience is preferred. EPA/HVAC certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
