What you'll do

• Support clients during visits, including offering comfort during emotional situations
• send clients photos of pets staying for procedures
• update clients who have been waiting
• offer coffee and water
• charge out clients
• schedule follow-up appointments
• collect vital signs and obtain basic pet histories.
