What you'll do

• Plan and deliver LMS implementation, upgrade, integration, and migration projects
• define scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• gather and document business and training requirements
• coordinate technical teams, instructional designers, vendors, and training staff
• oversee configuration, content migration, user setup, integrations, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
• manage risks, issues, and change requests
• prepare status reports
• develop communication, training, and change-management plans
• manage vendor relationships and project documentation.
