The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) role is onsite at Crestwood Health Care Center in Florissant, MO. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 per year. Crestwood is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility and part of AMA-LTC, a growing long-term care organization focused on resident care and leadership development. The administrator leads facility operations and partners with clinical and interdisciplinary leaders to improve resident outcomes, maintain regulatory readiness, and meet operational and financial goals. The role also develops the leadership team and supports a workplace culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and care.

What you'll do

• Provide overall operational leadership for the 138-bed skilled nursing facility
• partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leaders on clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial goals
• develop the leadership team
• maintain compliance and survey readiness
• lead quality improvement focused on CMS Quality Measures and resident satisfaction
• support census development and relationships with residents, families, hospitals, referral partners, and the community.
