TITLE: PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER. LINE OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) reports to the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Department Director (PMHNPDD). •Conduct Psychiatric Evaluations: Perform comprehensive mental status exams and diagnostic assessments. Arrange timely follow-up to ensure stabilization.
