The Clinic Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $31.43–$48.08 per hour. The position supports Providence Medical Institute’s clinic teams and its patient-focused, whole-person care mission. The supervisor develops clinical and non-clinical staff and works with Practice Managers to strengthen staff competency. By mentoring employees and helping Patient Centered Medical Home teams remove barriers, the role supports effective clinic operations and excellent patient care.

Why this role

Requires two years of experience in a progressive clinic leadership role. A bachelor’s degree or relevant college-level health care management coursework and experience with electronic medical records, Windows, and Excel-based software are preferred.
