What you'll do

• Cut and package authorized beef, pork, and poultry using knives and power equipment
• wrap, weigh, price, and label meat
• maintain displays and case signs
• may assist with product ordering
• rotate dated and undated products
• receive, inspect, and store deliveries while maintaining the cold chain
• meet sanitation and quality standards
• follow food safety, inventory, and store procedures
• may perform other duties supporting store performance and may be assigned to more than one store.
