What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial machines and manual methods
• maintain kitchen floors, counters, and equipment
• dispose of waste and recyclables
• receive and store supplies and food deliveries
• assist serving staff with clearing tables
• support catering setup and teardown
• follow hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and food-handling guidelines.
