What you'll do

• Perform daily preventive maintenance inspections in assigned guest rooms
• troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• complete room and common-area repairs including painting, drywall patching, wallpaper installation, and fixture adjustments
• maintain tools and equipment
• polish decorative surfaces
• respond to service tickets and guest requests
• document maintenance activities and progress.
