Remote Medical Collections Representative

Job overview

The Remote Medical Collections Representative role is fully remote for candidates residing in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina. Compensation is $20 per hour during virtual training, then $17 per hour plus performance-based bonus or commission after training. The role supports RevCycle’s collection team in helping consumers resolve past-due medical balances. The representative handles consumer calls, negotiates payment arrangements, documents account activity, and follows applicable legal and company requirements. The work is intended to support respectful resolution of outstanding balances while meeting quality, compliance, and collection performance measures.

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
