The role aligns client needs, budgets, schedules, quality, resources, and risk management to deliver projects and resolve issues across multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk identification with clients
• report project status
• coach other project managers
• conduct proposal requests and bid evaluations
• keep functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
• facilitate project status meetings and guide teams through implementation.
