In-Person ELA and Reading Tutor

The In-Person ELA and Reading Tutor role is an onsite position in Los Angeles, CA, paying $19–$24 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week. What you'll do

• Provide in-person individualized and small-group tutoring to students in grades 1–8, primarily in ELA, reading, writing, phonics, and literacy intervention. Assist with homework when needed
• develop lesson plans aligned with student needs and district curriculum
• complete district-provided Orton-Gillingham training and implement its curriculum
• collaborate with school personnel
• maintain attendance and program documentation
• communicate with families about schedules and program policies.
