Temporary Counselor

What you'll do

• Orient new patients
• conduct intakes, assessments, discharge planning, and treatment planning
• provide individual and group counseling and referrals
• monitor patient status and document care
• identify and escalate high-risk concerns
• coordinate with clinical staff and community resources
• attend training and team meetings.
