The Case Manager role is onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Compensation is not specified. AMIkids works to empower young people through education, workforce development, treatment, and behavioral and skills training. The role oversees service planning and transitions for youth entering and exiting the program. Through individualized care plans, ongoing assessments, multidisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based treatment, and participation in legal proceedings, the Case Manager supports each youth’s needs and progress.

What you'll do

• Complete intake needs assessments, reassessments, and transition planning
• evaluate, develop, document, and update individualized service or care plans
• participate in the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
• deliver evidence-based treatment models while following fidelity and documentation requirements
• represent the program at court hearings, meetings, and youths’ legal proceedings.

Why this role
