Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Cuba, MO. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, based on experience. The technician joins the production team at Semble, an affiliate of Brookshire Construction. The role maintains production equipment by diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, completing preventive maintenance, and documenting work. It also supports equipment reliability and process improvements through changeovers, spare-parts tracking, and training production operators on routine equipment care.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production machinery
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• dismantle devices, replace defective parts, and test repairs
• maintain Paslode air tools
• assist with process improvements and changeovers
• train production operators on routine equipment care
• log maintenance activities and labor hours
• manage spare-parts inventory
• and follow safety regulations and OSHA guidelines while maintaining a clean work area.
