What you'll do

• Direct daily manufacturing operations
• lead and develop supervisors and production teams
• support hiring, development, performance management, and succession planning
• manage manufacturing KPIs
• coordinate production schedules and capacity
• analyze performance and lead root-cause investigations
• implement corrective actions
• champion Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and Kaizen
• collaborate across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain
• support new product introductions and production transfers
• lead operational reviews
• improve standard work and workflows
• contribute to operating plans, budgets, and make-versus-buy decisions
• maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
