Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Bellingham, WA. Compensation is $30,000–$70,000 per year. The role supports BrightSpring Health Services’ behavioral and therapeutic services for individuals and families. The analyst assesses behavior and needs, develops individualized intervention plans, and monitors outcomes using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis. The role works with individuals, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to support progress, independence, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• provide clinical support and recommendations
• partner with individuals and families
• collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and coordinate psychiatric supports as needed
• train staff
• maintain clinical documentation and reports
• collect and analyze progress data
• support parents and caregivers
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and direct support staff
• follow ethical and regulatory requirements.
