The Area Manager is responsible for safe, high-quality, profitable regional work by leading superintendents and project managers, coordinating resources, managing customer relationships and costs, and supporting business development and workforce development.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day work of five to seven superintendents/project managers
• coordinate schedules and resources across projects
• review estimates and proposals
• monitor project costs and competitive positioning
• maintain key client relationships and pursue business opportunities
• oversee customer relations and conflict resolution
• audit sites and work practices
• approve purchase orders and manage cost reporting
• support onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, training, and mentoring
• enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
