The Handyman, Yellow Jacket Maintenance role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO; compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Yellow Jacket Maintenance Services supports community associations, condominiums, and residential properties with preventative maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep. What you'll do

• Complete maintenance, repair, and installation work orders
• perform electrical repairs
• repair and install drywall
• paint and stain interiors and exteriors
• perform exterior maintenance including siding, fascia, gutters, and seal coating
• troubleshoot lighting
• maintain a clean and safe job site
• communicate with property managers and HOA clients
• complete work efficiently and correctly.
