Job overview
The Staff Pharmacist role is onsite in Doral, FL, five days per week, with compensation of $145,000–$150,000 per year. The pharmacist will help establish and manage a sterile compounding facility and support patient-specific compounded therapies.
What you'll do
- Oversee and perform sterile and non-sterile compounding under USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
- implement compliant policies and procedures
- monitor the environment and quality assurance
- prepare medications accurately
- hire, train, and supervise pharmacy technicians
- collaborate with product development and healthcare professionals
- process prescriptions, manage inventory and vendors, and complete mail-order fulfillment, verification, dispensing, packaging, and shipping
- support continuous improvement and expand state licensing as needed.
