What you'll do

• Manage up to three House Managers
• create staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage
• review and submit overtime timesheets
• communicate with the Facility Director and lead monthly staff meetings
• participate in hiring, disciplinary, and termination procedures
• enforce agency policies
• schedule and document fire drills
• monitor incoming clients in DHS CARES
• maintain accurate bed management and sign-in/sign-out records
• engage clients regarding scheduled activities and assignments
• monitor building cleanliness and inspection readiness.
