What you'll do

• Greet customers and collect customer and vehicle information
• determine service needs and complaints
• present labor, parts, and accessories
• write repair instructions and provide estimates
• coordinate job status with dispatch
• contact customers when work is complete
• coordinate with dealership personnel, manufacturers, and warranty companies
• meet or exceed sales quotas
• test-drive vehicles for quality checks when needed.
