What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and develop the restaurant team
• build community relationships and support sales and marketing plans
• administer business operations and management systems to improve efficiency, reduce waste and loss, and maintain a safe and secure environment
• work all hours of restaurant operations, including meal periods that cover specified Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday lunch periods
• transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise.
