ADESA Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop team members
• recruit, hire, coach, and address employee relations matters
• lead dealer consignment and commercial account teams
• support customer solutions and sales
• monitor competition and recommend strategies
• review profit and loss results and manage sales records and controllable expenses
• maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints
• support vehicle operations and inspect work
• monitor facility conditions, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Why this role
