What you'll do

• Lead programs to improve technical solutions across content planning, review and approval, production, delivery, and operations
• partner with Customer Excellence and affiliate teams to define the content solutions roadmap
• own initiatives involving AI, content deployment, data taxonomy, and Vault enhancements
• understand local affiliate needs and activate existing capabilities
• coordinate with content operations, digital channels, data and analytics, and integration teams
• manage product portfolios, scope, benefits, costs, timelines, estimates, resources, vendors, and integrations
• follow company policies and procedures.
