What you'll do

• Resolve complex property subrogation claims through investigation, evaluation, and disposition
• make settlement recommendations
• analyze, negotiate, and approve outside counsel rates
• evaluate law-firm staffing plans and litigation budgets
• oversee panel counsel
• analyze law-firm performance data and develop metrics
• establish departmental procedures and monitor performance trends.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent litigation experience and 7–10 years of relevant experience or claims handling with substantial litigation involvement. A Juris Doctor is preferred but not required.
