The Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a salary range of $175,000–$230,000 per year. Multiply Labs builds robotic biomanufacturing technology intended to help make life-saving biologic therapies more accessible. This engineer will own infrastructure across cloud services and software deployed on customer-site robots, establishing reliable, secure, traceable systems for regulated environments. The role also sets infrastructure direction, improves deployment and release automation, and supports the robotics software team through design reviews and mentorship.

What you'll do

• Own cloud services, including robot data ingestion, disaster recovery, customer-facing APIs, and internal platforms
• maintain build systems and CI/CD pipelines
• scale deployment and device-management systems across customer sites
• lead SOC 2 and ISO 27001 efforts and controls
• work with customer IT and security teams
• build test and release automation
• develop infrastructure for NVIDIA Isaac Sim robot simulation
• set infrastructure direction, review designs, and mentor engineers.
