What you'll do

• Use clinical decision-making to identify issues, determine causes, develop solutions, and evaluate outcomes
• conduct client visits and participate in quality improvement
• investigate and resolve patient and staff complaints
• maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical documentation
• assess patient status and interpret clinical data
• coordinate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• provide guidance to clinical staff as needed.
