Senior Project Manager

What you'll do

• Establish project information controls
• manage customer relationships and project documentation
• develop cost projections, subcontractor scopes, and purchase orders
• identify and pursue compensation for scope and schedule impacts
• plan labor and track productivity
• forecast project costs, revenue, and gross profit
• monitor cash flow
• oversee engineering, commissioning, and subcontractor work
• manage completion, acceptance, and warranty periods.
