What you'll do

• Complete 3–5 weeks of mentor training, including approximately 200–250 hours behind the wheel
• operate dry van routes across the stated 27-state region
• run approximately 1,800–2,400 miles per week
• handle drop-and-hook, preloads, and live loads
• complete orientation and meet stated driving and safety requirements.
