Direct Support Professional — Part-Time

The Direct Support Professional is an onsite, part-time role supporting residential settings in Brick Township and Toms River, NJ. Compensation is $20.70–$24.70 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, and daily routines
• help individuals practice skills, make choices, and build independence
• accompany individuals to appointments, shopping, recreation, volunteer activities, and other outings
• transport individuals in agency vehicles when assigned
• tailor support to individual goals and needs
• respond respectfully to medical, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• complete electronic documentation
• communicate with coworkers, supervisors, families, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary team members
• follow agency policies and residential procedures.
