What you'll do

• Provide individualized care according to resident care plans
• assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transfers, and ambulation
• maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity
• observe and report changes in condition
• support skin integrity
• answer call bells
• perform assigned vital signs, weights, and specimen collection
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• document care
• follow safety and infection-control procedures.
