The Intake Navigator — Family Development role is onsite at the front desk office in Park Rapids, MN, with compensation of $22.35–$23.10 per hour. As a first point of contact, the navigator connects individuals and families with essential resources by managing inquiries, intakes, applications, and follow-up. The role supports accurate eligibility records and respectful, confidential service across programs, contributing to the agency’s work with people facing poverty and homelessness.

What you'll do

• Handle phone calls and walk-ins
• schedule appointments
• complete intakes and process applications
• guide clients through processes
• maintain accurate paperwork and eligibility records
• follow up with clients
• uphold confidentiality
• manage records, prepare reports, process invoices, enter data, and use Microsoft Office
• may work across multiple programs and travel within the agency service area.
