What you'll do

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards
• keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display items or assist guests with carved meat when needed
• follow buffet production guides and shelf-life requirements
• maintain food temperatures
• manage hot-product inventory
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment
• rotate stock using FIFO
• keep the hot-cook area and small wares clean
• follow health department laws and sanitation responsibilities
• assist guests courteously.
