What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating team members
• maintain a safe and engaging restaurant
• set expectations and follow up on performance
• respond to store needs
• ensure exceptional guest service
• implement operating policies and programs
• report plans, goals, and results to the Area Director
• work a 50-hour week with flexibility for additional hours during peak needs.
