What you'll do

• Process and verify invoices and supporting documents
• maintain AP records and vendor documentation
• reconcile vendor statements
• prepare AR invoices and maintain direct bill, group billing, and advance deposit accounts
• research billing discrepancies and outstanding balances
• maintain cash, deposit, petty cash, credit card, and guest ledger records
• support month-end close, audits, and financial reviews
• follow internal controls and respond to routine inquiries.
